Merrily we roll along 2019
Two Gentlemen of verona 2018

As Lead Props on Merrily We Roll Along, I oversaw and lead the props construction. Making props such as a tape recorder, flutes of fake champagne & drinks, suitcases that could be danced on, a crash box, a revolving stage and other props for the set.

For Two Gentlemen of Verona I built the giant back-projected clock that was hung on the side of the set, and was also part of the team that built and waterbent the centerpiece cartouche on the train station set.

EVA Helmet & Gun Props

Two weeks of rapid prototyping, making various props in EVA foam.

Pattern making, working with additive and subtractive techniques - as well as weathering and painting the finished props.

SCULPTING, MOLDING AND CASTING

Sculpting, carving, molding, life-casting and casting in a wide range of materials.

  • The candlestick sculpt is based on a Pricket Candlestick (ca. 1300) from South Netherlandish. It was cast in easy and super cast and painted to imitate the original.

  • Mugs and jars with custom motifs, some based on the highly successful Norwegian TV series "Skam" - all unique, hand illustrated/etched and glazed by commission.

  • An art installation called “The Four Horsemen” with both sculpted and cast objects.

  • Lace (ca. 1960) molded and cast using wax and rubber silicone.

  • Molding and casting wax versions of 1:4 scale interior/furniture made to melt in a music video. Also Art Directing the melting of wax details in a miniature landscape.
